# Liquidity Pool

### **ATTENTION!** **The team developing Nomiswap project has been disbanded and is no longer able to develop or support the decentralized Nomiswap project. We recommend withdrawing all funds from Nomiswap as soon as possible. The supply of NMX tokens has reached its tokenomic limit and is no longer being issued.**

### **All information provided below on this and all other pages is out of date and is provided for historical and reference purposes only. If you continue to use Nomiswap website or its smart contracts, you do so at your own risk.**

When you add liquidity to the pool, you will get LP tokens. When someone makes a token swap, a transaction fee of 0.1% will be charged. 0.03% will be returned to liquidity providers in the form of a fee reward. The liquidity pool will also allow you to stake your LP tokens to earn NMX tokens in the “Farms”. Hence, apart from earning income from token swap transactions, a user will be able to stake LP tokens and earn NMX tokens.

> For instance, if you add liquidity to $BNB / $BUSD, you will receive BNB-BUSD LP tokens. The number of LP tokens you receive represents your share in BNB-BUSD liquidity pool. You can always request the withdrawal of your funds by removing your liquidity.

Please note that when adding liquidity you will need to have a sufficient amount of each token. Let’s say you want to add the following liquidity: 1 BNB / 308 BUSD. If you have less than 308 BUSD or less than 1 BNB, you will not be able to proceed. You need to have a sufficient amount of each token.

Keep in mind that providing liquidity is subject to impermanent loss and it may carry certain risks. Make sure you are aware of all the pros and cons of providing liquidity before taking any actions. You can learn more about impermanent loss by clicking[ here](https://academy.binance.com/en/articles/impermanent-loss-explained).

**Watch out for fake accounts! The Nomiswap team will never text you first and ask for private keys or individual information!**

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://nomiswap.gitbook.io/home/core-products/liquidity-pool.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
